Before you reach out
- Make sure you're on LinkedIn's own Catch Up page: linkedin.com/mynetwork/catch-up/all/
- Make sure at least one category is ticked in the Templates tab
- Press F12 to open Chrome DevTools, click the Console tab, and look for lines starting with [LI-Auto], they usually explain what went wrong
- Try refreshing the Catch Up page and reopening the WishPilot panel
Reporting a bug
Include your Chrome version, the WishPilot version shown in the popup, and, if possible, a screenshot of the Console output described above. This makes it much faster to track down the issue.
Feature requests
Ideas for new occasion types, template features, or reporting improvements are always welcome, send them to the email below.
Uninstalling WishPilot
Open chrome://extensions, find WishPilot for LinkedIn, and click Remove. This deletes the extension and clears every piece of locally stored data (templates, settings, and history) immediately, there is nothing left behind to clean up separately.
